Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the impugned transfer order Dated 14.01.2025 (Annexure P/1)issued by respondent Under Secretary, School Education Department (in respect of the petitioner). 10.2 To kindly grant any other writ/ writs, order/ orders, relief reliefs in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the State submits that order dated 06.02.2025 passed in this writ petition could not be complied with and petitioner could not be posted because the petitioner has not given her joining at transferred place i.e. Office of District Education Officer, Jashpur. In the transfer order, it is clearly mentioned that petitioner is to be posted at the option of District Education Officer. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as petitioner was not posted in particular school, she has not joined and further, in view of submission made by learned counsel for State, petitioner will approach the District Education Officer and give her joining and thereafter respondent No.3/District Education Officer be directed to post the petitioner in compliance of the order passed by this Court . 4. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for the parties, without commenting anything on merit of case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to give her joining 3 / 3 at her transferred place and thereafter respondents are further directed to pass appropriate order as observed by this Court in its earlier order dated 06.02.2025, at the earliest, within a further period of one week from the date of giving joining by the petitioner.
