Petitioner has challenged the order dated 25.06.2026, annexure-4 to the writ petition, by which the Principal of Government Inter College, Banskhera, has relieved the petitioner to his original school, i.e., Government Higher Secondary School, Dulmot, Pauri Garhwal. The relieving order has been passed by the Principal pursuant to the cancellation of the attachment vide order dated 24.06.2026 passed by Director General, School Education. 4. Petitioner was posted at Rajkiya Higher Secondary School, Dulmot, Birokhal, Pauri Garhwal, as Assistant Teacher, L.T. Grade (Physical Education), who was sent to the present place of posting on attachment. The attachment has been cancelled, as stated above, therefore, he has been relieved by the Principal. 5. Petitioner has not impugned the order dated 24.06.2026, pursuant to which attachment of the UKHC010122972026 2026:UHC:6125 petitioner was cancelled. Since petitioner's attachment has been cancelled and it is not a transfer order, therefore, no interference is warranted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed in-limine. 6. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
