JUSTICE D K SINGH - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13796 WP No. 16281 of 2021 ORAL ORDER This writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: issue a writ of mandamus or such other writ the appropriate nature were by consider the representations of the petitioner dated 12.02.2021, 15.03.2021, 25.03.2021 in Annexure-L, M, P, Q, R and direct the respondents to consider the one time settlement scheme to settle the loan and also consider the guidelines of the RBI in Annexure-K dated 05.05.2021. 2. The representations were dated 12.02.2021, 15.03.2021 and 25.03.2021 for OTS scheme. The Bank has not responded to the said representations. In the meantime, the Bank could have proceeded with the proceedings to recover the amount. Five years is a long time to keep the writ petition pending that too for a writ of mandamus for directing the respondent-Bank to consider the representations. 3. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am of the view that the writ petition has outlived its utility and therefore, - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13796 WP No. 16281 of 2021 the same is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
