Today when the matte is taken up for consideration, Sri Divya Teja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents, submitted the endorsement dated 28.05.2026 issued by the 2nd respondent, whereby the request made by the petitioner was rejected. A copy of the endorsement dated 28.05.2026 is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. Page 3 of 3 3. Given the endorsement dated 28.05.2026, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is Closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the endorsement dated 28.05.2026 before the appropriate forum. No order as to costs.
