The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Seraikella (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 15/2025, registered under Sections 69, 88, 89 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant (girl) were in a relationship since March 2024. Learned counsel further submits that false allegation has been made by the informant against the petitioner that the petitioner has established physical relationship with the informant on the pretext of marriage. He further submits that the informant has taken the medicine herself on 26.07.2025 for termination of pregnancy and the F.I.R. was lodged on 05.09.2025 i.e. after about 2 months. The petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2025. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner has established physical relationship with the informant thrice on the pretext of 2026:JHHC:613 2 marriage. 5. From the F.I.R. it appears that informant is aged about 23 years and allegation of establishing relationship is of March, 2024 and the allegation of the termination of pregnancy is of 26.07.2025, however, the F.I.R. has been lodged on 05.09.2025 and the petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella, in connection with Seraikella (Mahila) P.S.
