Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record. 2. In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the respondents no. 2 and 3. 3. The petitioner is aggrieved that the application made by her in Form ‘N’ under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, in November, 2025, with the respondent no. 3, has not been disposed of. 4. Respondent no. 3 is directed to dispose of such application made in Form ‘N’ by the petitioner, Dr. Sannistha Banerjee, on November 6, 2025, by March 15, 2026. Upon such disposal of the application, the authority will intimate the petitioner within a period of seven days thereafter. 2 5. With the aforestated direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 6.
