(Oral) The challenge is made to the order dated 12.08.2025/14.08.2025 as well as order dated 04.10.2022, passed by the State Pollution Control Board, by which, the different amount of penalty has been imposed on the petitioner. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that without affording any opportunity of hearing or issuing any notice, the penalty has been imposed; therefore, the orders are bad in the eyes of law. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that, in fact, opportunity of hearing could not be given to the petitioner. Therefore, these orders will be withdrawn by the respondent within 2 a week and, thereafter, after affording fresh opportunity of hearing, orders in accordance with law, shall be passed. 5. The Court takes on record the statement given by the learned counsel for the respondent. 6.
