By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to release all the admitted retiral dues and terminal dues to the petitioner. 2. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was working as a Labour Grade- I (Group-D) employee with respondent no.2 and retired on 13.02.2026. Despite his retirement, retiral and terminal dues of the petitioner have not been paid till now. He further submits that petitioner has moved a representation to respondent no.2 on 17.06.2026, annexure-7 to the writ petition, for grant of retiral and terminal dues immediately, but the said representation is still undecided. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if a direction is issued to respondent no.2 to decide the aforesaid representation within a stipulated time, the ends of justice would be met. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of finally directing respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 17.06.2026, annexure-7 to the writ petition, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law. 6. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
