Also heard Ms. Zairemsangpuii, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that in view of the transfer of the respondent no. 2, i.e., Shri Girish Prasad Singh, the Chief Engineer, BRTF, Project Pushpak GREF, C/o 99 APO, a new incumbent, i.e., Dr. Krashnendra Singh has joined Page No.# 2/2 the post of Chief Engineer, BRTF, Project Pushpak GREF, C/o 99 APO and therefore, he prays for impleadment of the new incumbent, i.e., Dr. Krashnendra Singh as the respondent no. 2 in the connected contempt petition. The above prayer is not opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 2. In view of the aforesaid, let this Interlocutory Application be allowed and disposed of with a direction to the counsel for the applicants to file an amended Cause-title, impleading Dr. Krashnendra Singh, Chief Engineer, BRTF, Project Pushpak GREF, C/o 99 APO as the respondent no. 2 in the connected contempt petition.
