Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/MCD on instructions submits that a show-cause notice has been issued on 12th May, 2026, in respect of the unauthorised construction at the subject property. Further, a work-stop notice has also been issued on the same date, calling upon the concerned SHO to ensure that no unauthorised construction is carried out. 3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent/MCD to take action in accordance with law. 4.
