By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the entire compensation amount has been deposited in L.A.O.P.No.102 of 2025 before the Principal District Court, Pudukottai. 4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. Since the petitioner is claiming a share in the said compensation, it is open to the petitioner to approach the aforesaid Court seeking his share by providing all necessary documents. No costs.
