When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms. K.Siva Jyothi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Forests would submit that the respondent- authorities have conducted joint survey and it would reveal that the subject property is falling under the Reserve Forest Area. 3. Ms.Sodum Anvesha, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the joint survey has already been completed, the petition may be disposed of, with a liberty to work out their remedies according to law. 4. In the light of the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies according to law.
