Learned State counsel submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner. 3. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for parties without entering into merits on the claim of petitioner this petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to take decision on the pending representation dated 16.12.2025 in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
