This writ petition was filed in 2018, seeking following relief: “Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to ply his buses/vehicles in the route mentioned in the permit issued by the respondent no. 3 and further direct them not to interfere in peaceful plying of buses of the petitioner within Haldwani Zone of K.M.O.U. Ltd. on the route mentioned in the permit issued to him.” 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has lost contact with his client. 4. Since petitioner has sought a writ of mandamus seeking permission to ply his buses on a particular route, therefore this Court thinks that ends of justice would be UKHC010081442018 2026:UHC:6201 met if petitioner is permitted to approach Regional Transport Authority concerned. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation. If he makes representation within ten days, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within eight weeks thereafter. 6. All the stakeholders shall also be heard before taking any decision on petitioner’s representation.
