This Civil Application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 324 days caused in filing the cross-objection. 2. The delay is well explained in paragraph Nos.2 to 6 of the application. Considering that the main First Appeal filed by the acquiring body is pending in this Court and is already admitted, the delay deserves to be condoned. 3. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of 324 days caused in filing the cross-objection stands condoned. 2026:BHC-AUG:42201 2 936 CA 10591 OF 2026 4. The applicants shall remove all the office objections within a period of four weeks from today. If the objections are not removed within stipulated period, this order shall automatically lose its effect. 5.
