This application, under Order 1 Rule 10(2) of the CPC, is preferred by the applicants for impleading Dr. Krashnendra Singh, the present Chief Engineer, Page No.# 2/2 Border Road Task Force (BRTF), Project Pushpak GREF, C/o 99 APO, as respondent/contemnor No. 8 in Cont.Cas(C)/18/2025. 3. Ms. Lalramhnemi, learned counsel for the applicants submits that during the pendency of Cont.Cas(C)/18/2025, the earlier incumbent was transferred and in his place, one Dr. Krashnendra Singh has assumed charge as Chief Engineer, Border Road Task Force (BRTF), Project Pushpak GREF, C/o 99 APO, and as such, he is required to be impleaded as respondent/contemnor No. 8 in Cont.Cas(C)/18/2025. 4. Ms. Zairemsangpuii, learned CGC for the opposite party No. 2; and Ms. Lalnunhlui, learned counsel for the opposite party Nos. 3, 4 and 7 submit that they have no objection in the event of allowing this application. 5. Accordingly, taking note of the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, and also considering the facts and circumstances on the record, this Court is inclined to allow this application. 6. Dr. Krashnendra Singh, Chief Engineer, Border Road Task Force (BRTF), Project Pushpak GREF, C/o 99 APO be impleaded as respondent/contemnor No. 8 in Cont.Cas(C)/18/2025. 7. In view of the order passed in this application, the applicants shall file amended cause title of Cont.Cas(C)/18/2025, within a week from today. 8. In terms of above, this I.A. stands disposed of.
