The prayer made by the petitioner in this writ petition is as follows: “For issuance of an appropriate writ (s) / order (s) / direction (s) for passing reason order on the application vide dated 19.08.2015 whereby and whereunder order of the termination of job/service vide Gapank No. 2229 dated 01.11.2014 passed by the DC-Dhanbad has been challenged by the petitioner which is pending before the respondent No.6 and till today no order has been passed by the respondent no.6.” 3. What can be understood from the prayer is that the petitioner’s services have been dismissed vide Memo No. 2229 dated 01.11.2014 and against that the petitioner has preferred an application/appeal dated 19.08.2015, which is still pending. Both 2026:JHHC:296 2 these documents i.e. Memo No. 2229 dated 01.11.2014 and application/appeal dated 19.08.2015 given by the petitioner are on record. 4. The petitioner claims that he has been dismissed vide Memo No. 2229 dated 01.11.2014. This document is Annexure-1. After going through the said order, I find that the same is merely a show cause notice. Nowhere in the said document it is stated that the services of this petitioner has been terminated. 5. Considering the aforesaid document, I find that the prayer made by the petitioner in this writ petition has got no legs to stand. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
