This revisional application has been filed against an order dated February 20, 2026 passed by the learned Judge, Bench IV, City Civil Court at Calcutta whereby the petitioner’s application has been rejected by the Court under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code on an application made by the opposite parties. 2. An order passed under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code is a deemed decree within the meaning of Sub- Section 2 of Section 2 of the Code. The present revisional application is, therefore, not maintainable. 3. CO 1206 of 2026 is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take back the certified copy upon furnishing a photostat copy thereof duly countersigned by the petitioner. 4. This order shall not preclude the petitioner from preferring appeal against the order impugned, in accordance with law. (Om Narayan Rai, J.) 2
