ORDER:-
Heard Ms.
Jyothi Eswar Gogineni, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Cooperation appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4. 2. On 16.11.2015, this Court passed the following order:
“In the present set of facts, I am not inclined to stay the enquiry as such. However, considering the nature of the dispute involved, the enquiry report shall not be made as a basis for any further action to be taken against the managing committee or its members. It is also made clear the enquiry officer shall proceed with the enquiry at the registered office of the Society and complete the same expeditiously. The present order shall be subject to further orders that may be passed in W.P.M.P.No.47895 of 2015.”

The learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent would submit that the enquiry under Section 51 of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964, has already been completed, on account of the interim orders passed, no report has been submitted. 4. The 3rd respondent filed counter affidavit stating that the 2nd respondent vide proceedings dated 18.05.2015 directed the 3rd respondent to inquire into the contents of the petition filed by the five (5) Directors of the Society and furnish the report and in pursuance of the same, notices were issued on 20.05.2015 to the President and four (4) Directors/Petitioners for inquiry on 25.05.2015. Another notice dated 27.05.2015 was also issued to one Sri Samudrala Asirvadam, who was removed from the committee. It is stated that the President of the Society and Sri Samudrala Asirvadam have

not attended the Inquiry. The other four (4) Directors were examined and after recording their statements, the report was stated to have been submitted by the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent on 05.06.2015. 5. Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders pursuant to the report submitted by the 3rd respondent after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the impleaded respondent Nos.5 to 8. 6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
