The petitioner is an accused in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 122 of 2025. It has been alleged that the informant had paid an amount of Rs. 18.50 Lakhs for purchase of a flat, but the builder neither handed over the flat nor returned the money. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the total consideration amount was to the tune of Rs. 27.50 Lakhs and the balance amount of Rs. 9 Lakhs has not been deposited by the informant. It has also been submitted that the entire dispute is civil in nature. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the submission advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Mango P.S.
