2. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier dismissed as withdrawn on two occasions in B.A.No.8695/2024 and B.A.No. 6317 of 2025.
3. Renewing the prayer for bail of the petitioner, submission has been advanced that he is in custody since 28.02.2024.
4. It has further been submitted that there is no chance of the trial being concluded in the near future.
5. Learned A.S.G.I. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. It appears from the allegations that several miscreants were apprehended at the Station by the R.P.F. personnel and Phensedyl cough syrup were recovered from their possession.
7. So far as the petitioner is concerned, 550 bottles of Phensedyl cough syrup were recovered.
8. It appears that out of 08 charge-sheet witnesses, 04 witnesses have been examined so far.

9. Regard being had to the recovery effected from the possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is hereby rejected.
