The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “(1)It is therefore prayed this Hon'ble court pleased to allowed this petitioner and quash the FIR registered against the petitioner as FIR in Crime No. 82/2025 registered at Police Station Sanaud District -Balod, under Sections 115(2), 296(3)(5), and 351(3) of BNSS, in the facts and circumstances stated above, (2) It is further prayed that Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased that any other relief which Hon'ble Court may think fit, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh stating that in the present matter, charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner and the same needs to be challenged further. 4.
