This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 18.02.2026 to disburse EPF amount. 3. It is the case of the petitioners that the petitioner was employed at M/s.Sundaram Motors Ltd, Chennai and was enrolled in Employees Provident Fund Scheme under your office in Account No.TN/1135/14392 and the petitioner was working till 2002. Hence, the petitioner made an application for https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 13633 of 2026 withdrawal of funds in the employee provident fund scheme, however, the money has not been disbursed to the petitioner. The petitioner has made a representation on 18.02.2026 seeking for disbursing the EPF amount, however, the same is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition. 4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 6. Accordingly, these writ petitions stand disposed of.
