Page No.# 2/2 The present application has been filed alleging wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 17.02.2025 passed in WP(C)/5589/2024. Shri Gogoi, the learned counsel for the respondents has however submitted that during the pendency of the present case, the order dated 17.02.2025 has been complied with. In this regard, he has placed before this Court a communication dated 01.06.2026 issued to him by the Registrar Dibrugarh University along with the relevant documents. Ms. Nirola, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of such development, there may not be any existing live cause of action to be espoused. In view of the aforesaid backdrop, the contempt petition is closed. The communication dated 01.06.2026 is made part of the records. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
