Having heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties and considering the submission made, this Court directs the Petitioner to join in his place of posting in terms of order dtd.06.06.2025. It is directed that if the Petitioner as undertaken will join on or before 7th March, 2026. Petitioner’s joining be accepted and break in service if any be regularized in accordance with law. 6.
