The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sonari P.S. Case No. 116 of 2025, registered under Sections 310 (2) and 311 of B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. It has been alleged that altogether six accused persons have committed robbery in the jewelry shop of the informant. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion and confessional statement of other co-accused. The petitioner has not been put under T.I. Parade, although there is allegation in the F.I.R. that three miscreants entered into the jewelry shop of the informant and later on called other three miscreants in the shop of the informant and committed the alleged occurrence. There is no iota of evidence categorically showing any incriminating circumstances, so that involvement of the petitioner may be established. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in judicial custody since 18.09.2025. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in trial of the case and also abide by all terms and conditions which may be imposed in the matter of granting bail to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner may be extended the privilege of bail. 2026:JHHC:5804 5. Learned Addl.P.P appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but has clearly admitted that in the T.I.P. other co-accused have been identified and in the CCTV footage, petitioner has not been identified. 6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to release the above-named petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur, in connection with Sonari P.S.
