The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has applied for the requisite licence from the local body. However, the local body would consider the same only after obtaining a no-objection certificate from the respondent. 3. In view of the above submission, the second respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner’s application in the light of R.D.C.
