JUSTICE VIJAYKUMAR A. PATIL) This contempt petition is filed alleging the willful disobedience of the order of the learned Single Judge dated 03.01.2023 in WP.No.25935/2022. The operative portion of the order reads as under: "Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to the respondent-Tahsildar, Nelamangala Taluk, to follow the directions issued by the Assistant Commissioner on 19.11.2021 at Annexure-E and to proceed to remove the name of government from the RTC of the land in question, as - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:8787-DB C.C.C. No.288/2023 expeditiously as possible, and at any rate within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to observe that as and when the name of the government is removed from the land records, name of the previous kathedar shall be mutated in the RTC. Ordered accordingly," 2. Learned AGA has filed an affidavit indicating that the order of the learned Single Judge has been complied with and name of the complainant has been restored in the revenue record. 3.
