The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.23946 of 2025 dated 26.12.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a week ie., on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
