1. The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:-

"It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that Your Lordships may graciously be pleased to admit and allow this writ petition, call for and examine entire record of the case and - a) By an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature thereof, The District Magistrate, Sikar may kindly be directed to decide the pending Application Case No. 36/2026 titled UGRO CAPITAL LTD. VERSUS RAJESH ENTERPRISES AND OTHERS filed by the petitioner under section 14 of the Act 2002 within the time this Hon'ble Court from the presentation of certified copy of the order so framed by passed by this Hon'ble Court. b) Any other order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, be also passed in favour of the Petitioner."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed an application bearing No. 36/2026 under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 ('SARFAESI Act') before the District Magistrate, Sikar, on 21.01.2026, and despite there being a statutory time limit of 60 days to decide the same, the aforesaid application has yet not been decided by the learned District Magistrate.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, more particularly that: (a) the application bearing No. 36/2026 under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act was filed before the learned District Magistrate on 21.01.2026; (b) there is a fixed statutory time limit of 30 days dispose of such application from the date of filing (which can be extended to 60 days); and (c) the matter pertains to public money. Thus, the learned District Magistrate, Sikar is directed to decide the pending application bearing No. 36/2026 within a period of two months from the next date fixed in the matter.
5. With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition is
disposed of.
