The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent nos. 1 to 6 to issue a certified copy of the D-Sketch regularization plan to the petitioner’s in respect of the structures covered by the order dated August, 19, 2023, passed by the Special Officer (Building) of the respondent no. 1 in D. Case No. 5-D/III/23-24, upon receiving from the petitioners the balance 50% fees and charges payable. 3. The petitioner has served upon Mr. Sandipan Banerjee an empanelled counsel of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. Considering the urgency in the case, let his appointment be regularized in the present case by the appropriate authorities. 4. In course of hearing, the learned counsel for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation submits that the 2 petitioner has complied with some of the formalities as required by the authorities. A 50% of the balance amount due is required to be deposited prior to the process being complete. 5. Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with the liberty granted to the petitioner to deposit the balance amount within 7 days from the date of this order and the respondent/Municipal authorities shall then consider the petitioner’s prayer, in accordance with law on completion of all formalities, (if any), being issuance of a certified copy of the D- Sketch regularization plan in respect of the structures covered by the order dated August 19, 2023, passed by the Special Officer (Building) of the respondent no. 1 in D Case No. 5-D/III/23-2, within 7 days thereafter. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case. 7. WPA 9185 of 2026 is disposed of. 8.
