By way of filing this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks issuance of a direction to respondent No.4/Naib Tahsildar, Chhura to decide Revenue Case No.RD202425510400700001. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of an application (Annexure-P/3) under Sections 109 and 110 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 filed by the petitioner, Revenue Case No. RD202425510400700001 has been registered in the Court of Naib Tahsildar, BINI PRADEEP Digitally signed by BINI PRADEEP Date: 2026.03.18 12:10:02 +0530 2 Chhura, and is pending consideration since June 2025, however, the same has not been decided yet. Hence, it is prayed that respondent No.4 may be directed to decide aforesaid revenue case, within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to allow the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Having considered the limited prayer of the petitioner, this petition is disposed of at this stage, directing respondent No.4/The Naib Tahsildar, Chhura, Distti. Gariyaband (CG) to decide the Revenue Case No. RD202425510400700001 in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
