As per information received from Civil Judge (J.D.), Khatima, District Udham Singh Nagar, Original Suit No. 113 of 2010 filed by respondent was decided on 22.10.2019. 5. After decision in the suit, challenge to an interlocutory order passed therein, do not survive. 6. Thus the writ petition fails and is dismissed, as infructuous.
