This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with following prayer: "It is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed that the Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition with costs and further be pleased to:- (i) By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the impugned transfer order dated 23.09.2025 (Serial No. 125) (Annexure - 1) whereby the petitioner working on the post of Clerk Grade- II has been transferred from Alwar District Judgeship to Khairtal Tijara Judgeship may kindly be declared as arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional qua the petitioner. (ii) By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the impugned transfer order dated 23.09.2025 (Serial No. 125) (Annexure - 1) whereby the petitioner working on the post of Clerk Grade- II has been transferred from Alwar District Judgeship to Khairtal Tijara Judgeship may kindly be quashed and set aside qua the petitioner. (iii) By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the petitioner be allowed to discharge her duties at Alwar District Judgeship. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit may be passed in favour of the humble petitioner in the interest of equity, justice and good conscience." At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner would be satisfied, in case, liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit a representation against the transfer order dated 23.09.2025, which may be considered by the Competent Authority in accordance with law. 3. In view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation before the Competent Authority for seeking redressal of his grievances, which shall be considered and decided by the Competent Authority by a speaking order within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation along with certified copy of this order. 4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case. 6.
