Both the parties submits that the issue involved in this writ petition has already been set at rest in WP(S) No. 4928 of 2021 vide order dated 28.04.2025. Both the parties also submits that this 2026:JHHC:2897 2 case is arising out of the same examination. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the Letters Patent Appeal against the aforesaid judgment has been filed and is pending. 3. Considering the fact that the issue has already been decided by the Single Bench, I am not inclined to keep this writ petition pending. 4. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 28.04.2025 passed in WP(S) No. 4928 of 2021. 5.
