It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during pendency of her application for settlement of the land in the encroachment case, the order of eviction in form ‘Kha’ has been issued. 3. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Tahasildar, Mahakalpada (O.P No.3) to consider and dispose of application of the petitioner dated 27th May, 2025 under Annexure-3, in accordance with law, if the same is still pending with him, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
