Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for a while, submits that petitioners would feel satisfied in case the instant petition is disposed of by directing the Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, Srinagar/respondent no. 2 to treat the same as representation and accord due consideration thereon under rules and in accordance with law within some reasonable time frame, to which, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection. 02. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is taken up for final disposal at its threshold by directing the respondent no. 2 to treat the same as representation and take a decision thereon strictly under rules and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date a copy of this Order along with writ petition and enclosed Annexures are made available to the respondents. 03. The respondent no. 2, while according consideration to the case of the petitioners, shall give due weightage to the averments made in the instant writ petition. 04. The decision to be taken by the respondent no. 2 shall be forwarded to the petitioners through registered post. 05. Disposed of along with connected CM(s) in the manner indicated above.
