Lahakar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the State respondent. 2. This is an application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Khairul Islam who is Page No.# 2/2 apprehending arrest in connection with Basistha P.S. Case No. 603/2025 under Sections 305(a)/331(4)/317(4)/313 of BNS, 2023. 3. As per the FIR 6 nos. of UPS batteries were stolen from the ATM of SBI near NEF College, Guwahati. 4. Case Diary as called for has been received and upon perusal of the same, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that no incriminating material is available against the present petitioner as of now. 5. Having regard to the above, the prayer for pre-arrest bail is allowed. 6. It is provided that in the event of arrest of the accused/petitioner namely, Khairul Islam, in connection with Basistha P.S. Case No. 603/2025 under Sections 305(a)/331(4)/317(4)/313 of BNS, 2023, he shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) only with two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by the Investigating Officer within 7(seven) days from today and cooperate with the investigation. 7.
