Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the present petition was filed in the year 2015. It is submitted that as per Annexure-7 and 8, the petitioner was due to receive scholarship, for the entire tenure, by the respondent No.4. It is
[2026:RJ-JP:21283] (2 of 2) [CW-15682/2015] further submitted that the petitioner is not being granted the said scholarship, due to which the petitioner has faced severe hardships, and for the same respondent No.2 is responsible. Petitioner is directed to file a representation within a period of 7 days, from the date of passing of this order, and the same be decided by the respondent No.2, on merits of the case, in accordance with the law by a speaking order within an upper limit of thirty days thereafter. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
