Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to consider the representation and create separate gradation list for teachers of English Medium within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. 10.2 Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted in the interest of justice.” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that at this stage he is not pressing this writ petition on merits and only seeking a direction to respondent No.3 to take decision on pending representation submitted by the petitioners on 29.07.2023 (Annexure P-6) at the earliest within specified time frame. 4 / 4 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that as the petitioners are not pressing this writ petition on merit and only seeking a direction to respondent No.3 to take decision on pending representation, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for the parties, without observing anything on merits of case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider and take decision on the pending representation submitted by petitioners on 29.07.2023, if already not decided, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
