Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent nos.7 and 8, the land owners submit that they have 2 2 strictly constructed the building as per sanctioned plan. 4. On hearing the parties, it is directed that the Municipal Authorities shall consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.01.2026, on hearing all the parties and stakeholders and decide the same in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned order within 6(six) weeks from the date of the communication of this order. 5. The writ application is to be disposed of. 6. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently. 7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 8.
