Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are still working in contract with the respondents, therefore, he may be permitted to submit a representation for extension of his contractual period and direction be issued to the concerned authority to take decision on the representation. 2. Counsel for the respective respondents have no objection to the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioners. 3. In view of the above submission, writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit representation before respondent No. 3 and 4 and if such a representation is submitted by the petitioner, the concerned authorities shall consider and take decision on the representation, in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation. 4.
