THE HONOURABLE SMT JUSTICE KIRANMAYEE MANDAVA WRIT PETITION NO: 19428 OF 2026 The Court made the following Order:
Heard Sri K. B. Ramanna Dora, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education appearing for the respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is against the action of the respondents in not releasing the reimbursement fee of Rs.28,76,250/- under the Fees Reimbursement Scheme out of total claim of Rs.28,08,000/- . 3. It is contended that the petitioner society had admitted the students pursuing MBA course in one of its colleges namely Sairam Insittute of Management for the academic year 2018-19. Under the relevant schemes which were in force at the relevant time, the respondents were under an obligation to reimburse the fee payable by the respective students. Despite the course completion the respondents did not reimburse the tuition fee
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner places reliance on the decision rendered by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23625 of 2025 dated 05-03-2026 and the order passed in W.P.No.19409 of 2026 dated 17-07- 2026, prays for passing of the similar order. 5

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the claim of the petitioner requires verification with reference to the ‘Janmabhumi’ Portal and the existing G.Os. 6. Having regard to the contentions advanced, placing reliance on the decision rendered by the Coordinate Bench in W.P.No.23625 of 2025 dated 05-03-2026 and the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.19409 of 2026 dated 17-07-2026, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to verify the claim of the petitioner with reference to the ‘Janmabhumi’ portal, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order. After such verification, the amounts due to the petitioner shall be remitted within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of this
order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
