By way of this petition, the petitioners has prayed for following reliefs:- “i. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased order or direction, quashing and setting aside the election held on 28.03.2026 for the post of Prantadhyaksh (Provincial President) of Respondent No.04, Society and the Election Result Certificate dated 28.03.2026 (Annexure P-7); ii. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Respondents to conduct a fresh election for the post of Provincial President of the Society strictly in accordance with: (a) the bye-laws of 3 the Society; (b) the Societies Registration Act, (c) the principle of secrecy of ballot; (d) prior publication of the voter list with adequate notice to all eligible members; iii. Any other relief, which this Hon'ble court deems, fit in the facts and circumstances may also be granted in favor of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, after advancing arguments at some length, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition on the ground that an efficacious alternative remedy is available under the law. Accordingly, it is prayed that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail such alternative remedy in accordance with law. 3. In the event the petitioners file an appropriate application or raise a dispute under Section 32 of the Chhattisgarh Societies Registration Act, 1973, the concerned Registrar shall take cognizance thereof and proceed to consider and decide the same expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law. 4.
