The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 on oral instructions, would submit that there is no illegal activities of taking sand by the 7th respondent without permit. 4. Be that as it may, recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 to 6 consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2023 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If ultimately the official respondents found any illegal activities of taking sand by the 7th respondent or any one in the subject water body, then they shall take appropriate action in accordance with law.
