When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the respondent has considered the petitioner's petition and the same was closed. 3. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not called for enquiry. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 20.01.2026 and 21.01.2026.
