The petitioner along with respondent No.4 have filed a joint memo stating that respondent Nos.3 and 4 herein had filed a suit in O.S.No.1513 of 2023 on the file of the learned II Additional Civil Judge, Bangalore Rural District,

Bangalore, contending that they are the absolute owners of 1 acre 33 ½ guntas in old Survey No. 13, new Survey No. 13/1 of Chikkabanahalli village, Bidarahalli Hobli, Bengaluru East Taluk. However, in the suit a compromise petition is already filed making it clear that respondent Nos.3 and 4 have no rights over the property in question and the property belongs to the petitioner.
2. In that view of the matter, this joint memo is filed by the private parties herein.
3. Today, the learned counsel for respondent No. 4 has filed a memo enclosing a medical certificate of respondent No.3 and submits that since respondent No.3 has undergone a surgery, he is bedridden and not in a position to sign the joint memo or appear before this court.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition stands
disposed of recording the statements made on behalf of respondent Nos.3 and 4.
