Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Head Master (Primary School) with effect from 30.12.2022, with all consequential benefits including notional seniority, pay fixation, arrears of salary, and other services benefit. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner’s case for promotion afresh in light of the order dated 07.12.2025 within a time bound period. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 2. After arguing for sometime, counsel for petitioner submits that as petitioner has already submitted representation before respondent no. 04 on 13.01.2026 which is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 4 to take decision on pending representation at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, without commenting any thing on the merits of the case, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage directing respondent no. 04 to consider and take decision on pending representation Annexure P-5 dated 13.01.2026 accordance with law, 3 / expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of the order passed by this Court. 5.
