A perusal of the order reveals that work order has been issued to the 3rd respondent on 16.06.2025. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that if the kuruvela trees are removed along with the roots that is likely to affect the bund of the Kanmai. Therefore, it is clear that the petitioner is not having any private interest in the matter. 3. In view of the about the facts, the writ petition is disposed of preserving the right of the petitioner to file a public interest litigation to ventilate his grievance. No costs.
