Also heard Mr. M P Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. Mr. Sarma has submitted that pursuant to the order dated 05.02.2026 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 206/2025, all bank account of the petitioner have been frozen by Police. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the parties. Page No.# 2/2 This court earlier directed that the Axis Bank shall not allow withdrawal of Rs.5 lakh from the bank account of the petitioner until further order. The order dated 05.02.2026 relates to the bank account of the Axis bank only. It is nothing to do in other bank accounts of the petitioner. Therefore, the present petition is found to be devoid of merit and stands dismissed accordingly. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
